Located in the UNESCO biosphere reserve Schorfheide-Chorin, just 60km north of Berlin, are martas lakeside guesthouses. The twelve-hectare car-free estate has 33 holiday houses, two group houses and 10 conference and seminar rooms for up to 200 guests.
The estate offers a team rope course, yoga rooms, and a wellness area with two saunas. Whether you are looking for a family vacation destination, are on a school trip, a music society getaway, or a conference, martas guesthouses provide the ideal location for any trip. Additionally, we offer various educational and team building exercises for both children and adults.

Martas cafeteria offers regional, seasonal, and delicious meals. Accommodating up to 175 people, we provide a savoury all-you-can-eat breakfast, balanced lunch and dinner options, and a selection of fairtrade drinks. We offer both meat and vegetarian lunch options. To avoid long waiting times, our mealtimes are split into two run throughs.
Groups of children and young adults up to the age of 26 on educational trips receive full board. People traveling alone, families and other groups can choose between half and full board options.
Whether you are hosting a private celebration, a company party, a conference, or a teambuilding activity, martas event venues Groß Väter See offer an ideal and versatile location for your gathering. Our 10 conference and seminar rooms are fitted with modern technology and provide space for up to 200 guests. The majority of our rooms are equipped with either a piano, an electric piano or a grand piano – ideal for orchestra trips. Additionally, we offer catering services or a buffet style meal and free parking for you and your guests.
